Tracey is an Associate Professor in the School of Pharmacy at the University of Nottingham working in cancer drug discovery and pharmacology research areas.  Her pioneering work in cancer research is recognised globally, with more than 100 scientific publications to date, and many of her Post-Doctoral ex-students now themselves leading research groups around the world.
